 How long is the shipping time?

 Average transit times:

  • Express Shipping (when stated on product page): 2-7 business days
  • Regular Shipping:
    United States & Australia: 5-15 business days
    Canada & New Zealand: 10-25 business days
    International: 10-30 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, or other carrier-related delays) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

NOTE: Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the shipping process may be slightly delayed. Feel free to contact us at any time using the contact form if you have any questions.

All shipping times exclude clearance and/or custom delays.

Additionally, if you order multiple different products, the products may arrive at different times if the products are shipped from different warehouses.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 2 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Where is the product shipped from?

Our products are shipped from fulfillment centers in the U.S., U.K., France, Spain, China, Australia or Canada, depending on the availability and logistics of the products.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. If you order multiple different products, the products will have different tracking numbers if they are shipped from different warehouses. If you need help tracking your order, click "Track Your Order" at the top of the page or contact us at contact@favourdecor.com.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

If your tracking number is not showing any information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact us at contact@favourdecor.com.

Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Please note that most countries have their own rates and fees for customs for internationally shipped goods. It is your own responsibility to know the rules in your specific country of residence. Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. The customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.

Which currency is used?

All of our prices are stated in United States Dollars, U.S.D. ($).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at contact@favourdecor.com immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order.

I only received one of many products, where are my other products?

We sometimes ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times, logistics and to meet weight restrictions. Please refer to your tracking numbers to see when your other items are going to be delivered to you.

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply send an email to contact@favourdecor.com and give us the correct information.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

If we still haven't managed to answer your question, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours.

 

Returns 

In order to reduce the carbon footprint and the climate impact, we do not accept returns. If you do not like your item(s), please dispose of them according to your local guidelines to help our planet and reduce the environmental cost.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email with attached images about your problem(s). If your order is damaged and/or not functioning as intended, we will review your images and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds after 30 days have gone since receiving your product(s).


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Gifts 

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
