Shipping & Returns
Average transit times:
- Express Shipping (when stated on the product page): 2-7 business days
- Regular Shipping:
United States & Australia: 5-15 business days
Canada & New Zealand: 10-25 business days
International: 10-30 business days
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, or other carrier-related delays) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. In the event of a shipping postponement, please contact us, and we will keep monitoring the package until 30 business days have passed. After this period, you may be eligible for a refund if we can confirm from the carrier that the package has been lost in transit.
Additionally, if you order multiple different products, the products may arrive at different times if the products are shipped from different warehouses.
All shipping times exclude clearance and/or customs delays.
To reduce the carbon footprint and the climate impact, we do not accept returns. If you do not like your item(s), please dispose of them according to your local guidelines to help our planet and reduce the environmental cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email with attached images about your problem(s). If your order is damaged and/or not functioning as intended, we will review your images and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds after 30 days have gone since receiving your product(s).
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where the customer has ordered the wrong product(s) - for example, by using our bundling system and not picking the desired variants. Please make sure that all the desired variants are present in your order before ordering to avoid this issue.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacement/Exchanges (if applicable)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement after an internal review. Please send us an email with attached images of the damaged or defective product, and we will reply after we have reviewed your email.
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
